La demanda se rechazó porque el actor no subsanó las falencias advertidas en el auto de inadmisión.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación encontró que el recurso no cumplió con la carga argumentativa requerida para revocar la providencia censurada, ya que el demandante solo centró su atención en manifestar que no compartía la fundamentación que acogió el despacho sustanciador.
Con base en lo anterior, se RECHAZÓ la súplica pretendida.
